Basics
Mr Luck is owned and operated by High Web Ventures Limited. Generally speaking, I’ve had a pleasant experience when using sites that are owned by these. I recently reviewed OG Casino, which is also a site from this company, and found that they offered a generally good online gambling experience.
As far as website use and navigation goes, Mr Luck is easy enough to use. The site isn’t pushing the boat out in terms of design but it’s certainly not bad by any stretch of the imagination. It is easy to scroll through the menus and find everything you are looking for and there are plenty of good filtering options in the casino section of the site.
You don’t need to worry about safety and security when using Mr Luck. The site is licensed by Curacao, which is fairly common for crypto-friendly operators and for the most part, is a solid license to have. It also has a good selection of resources for gambling responsibly, which is never a bad thing and shows that the site puts some focus on the well-being of its customers.
Slots & Games
The slot selection here is strong. The casino is home to over 2,000 titles and most of them come from some real top-quality providers. Microgaming, and NetEnt both provide a good range of titles for the site, while smaller names like Kalamba and Peter & Sons also make some good contributions. The filtering system for the site could be improved and there was a few loading issues that I encountered here but generally, the selection of slots and games on offer is good.
There is plenty of quality on offer here.
There are also some really good jackpot options here. Mega Moolah makes an appearance, which is always something worth noting, and there are plenty of other good progressives in the catalog too.
Live Casino options are aplenty here. The site works with Evolution, which always means there is quality on offer. You can expect to find the usual titles here including live version of blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, and more. The dealers are all up to speed and the stream quality is always good providing you have good internet service, of course.
One thing I feel as though I am constantly moaning about is a lack of provably fair gaming options. As a crypto-player, I enjoy having these available and I feel as though they bring a level of transparency that can’t be found in standard slots. Hopefully, this is something that they look at working on in the future.
Bonuses & Promotions
One area where I thought Mr Luck did excel is the bonuses and promotions that it has to offer. Specifically, the welcome bonus. Players are given the option of two different welcome packages, each one for the first three deposits that they make on the site. They break down as follows:
Option A
- Deposit One: 500% up to €100
- Deposit Two: 400% up to €200 + 50 Free Spins on Booming Bananas
- Deposit Three: 300% up to €120 + 50 Free Spins on Booming Bananas
Option B
- Deposit One: 100% up to €100
- Deposit Two: 100% up to €100
- Deposit Three: 100% up to €100
The second option here is easily the most boring, with the first one offering plenty of variety and some free spins as well. The wagering requirements are also better on option A. It is 30x wagering for all three bonuses, while Option B is 50x. The free spins are wagering free too, which is a plus. The minimum deposit varies between each deposit, with €20 being the lowest for Option A deposit one and Option B deposit two. The highest is for Option A deposit three at €40, while the others are €30.
To claim the bonuses, you just need to choose which route you need to go down when you sign-up, there are no bonus codes or anything involved. The rest of the terms & conditions here are fairly standard stuff but I would recommend reading through them before you accept in case there is something that doesn’t suit your needs.
Outside of this, the promotions on the rest of the site are also solid. The casino has daily bonuses that can be played every week. The wagering requirements for these also tend to be around the 30x mark, which is fairly standard and shouldn’t cause too many problems. As well as this, there is a detailed VIP program that allows players to claim rewards for playing on the site.
I generally really liked the bonuses and promotions that Mr Luck had to offer. There was a good variety and the welcome bonus did provide options. Sadly, there are no crypto options here. This shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise given that the casino only has one crypto banking option, but it would still have been nice for them to put a little focus on this.
Mr Luck User Reviews & Customer Support
Mr Luck is still a relatively new casino at the time of writing and as such, there is not a massive number of customer reviews online. The ones I could find were a little bit mixed. Some players seemed frustrated at the casinos lack of crypto options, which is a feeling I can share. The other main issue seems to be based on the lack of good customer support options.
Positive reviews that I found tended to focus on the casino’s good gambling options as well as its simple layout and ease of use. The promotions were also given some praise, though, some of these reviews definitely felt like they were pushing an agenda. The casino team hasn’t bothered responding to any reviews online though, which is something that I feel newer operators should make the effort to do.
The customer support team is available between the hours of 5 AM – 2 PM UTC. This is a very limited time period and is definitely something that should be marked against the site. The opening hours are very early in the morning and the lack of options from 2 PM onward is definitely frustrating. Unless you are regularly gambling in the early hours or when you are at work, you are going to find it tricky to get in contact with them. It is also only available Monday-Friday, which means that they pretty much don’t offer help when most people have free time and are more likely to be gambling.
The live-chat team did provide help when we approached them, though, their response time wasn’t the best and this is definitely a huge area of improvement that the casino needs to put some focus on. They do have e-mail addresses that you can reach out and contact, though, the response time can be up to 24 hours. On the whole, this is definitely something I feel like the operator needs to put some serious focus on improving soon.
Deposits & Withdrawals
There is a good range of banking options that are available on Mr Luck. If you’re looking for a big selection of crypto options, then you are going to be out of luck though, with the site currently only accepting Bitcoin, which is a bit of a shame.
Other than this though, there is a good range of options available. The site has a number of good e-wallets and other methods. These include Visa/Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Google Pay, Instadebit, Paysafecard, Jeton, and more. The minimum deposit amount in the casino is €10 or equivalent. This is also applied to Bitcoin. This is a good deposit amount and is what I expect to find at most casinos. The fact that Bitcoin is not higher than others is always a good thing as this is a problem I recently encountered in my review of Wild Tokyo Casino. It would be good to see more cryptos added here in the future though.
As far as withdrawals go, the minimum here is a little bit higher, with players having to withdraw €25. This isn’t a big jump up and once again, is a fairly standard amount for an online casino to require. The site does have a KYC policy though and you may be required to prove your identity when you withdraw funds. This only tends to happen when you score a big win or want to withdraw a substantial amount. The verification process seems to be fairly straightforward though, with players needing to show some government-approved ID and some proof of address.

Final Thoughts
Mr Luck is a good online casino where the pros do mostly outweigh the cons. That being said, there are definitely some things that the casino needs to improve. First, let’s address the good. The slot selection here is great, as is the live-casino offering. The website itself is very easy to use and the mobile version of the site is also solid. The three-part welcome package is definitely something that I think is a good selling point and, for the most part, the wagering requirements and terms & conditions on the site aren’t too bad.
What does let the casino down, however, is the customer support options. The limited hours of the live-chat team is definitely a big negative for the casino and it could definitely players in some sticky situations if they can’t get the support they need. The lack of crypto-focus or options is definitely a down for the site if you are looking for crypto options, and given that you are on a site dedicated to crypto-casinos, I will assume you are.
On the whole, this is a good casino if you are looking for good slots and promotions. If, however, you are looking for plenty of customer support and crypto-options, then we would recommend checking out some of our other online casino reviews because this one might not be for you.

I have been called Mr. Luck in the past, often by friends who only hear about my winnings and never learn of my losses!
I tried my luck here and it actually worked out for me. I was able to win big and I had a good time doing so. As is often the case, most of that cash had gone by the time I made it through the wagering requirements, but I did get a little reckless and I probably could have handled things better.
On the whole, I really liked this site. It had flown under my radar until I saw this review, so I appreciate the heads up!
i didnt have much luck here. i dont have those types of friends either and dont think i can even repeat the names they call me! still…good site i think
isnt that always the case?? my family think i am very lucky because of my winnings but thats coz i dont tell them about the times i lose
Good welcome bonuses. Decent games. Not much else to say really.
I don’t see many reviews for this one and it’s a shame as it’s actually one of my personal faves. Not the biggest and might not be the best, but it has always done right by me and I keep returning week after week.
More casinos and sportsbooks need to focus on their customer support I think. This industry has a bad rep and it deserves it for the most part. They can be slow, unavailable, nard to reach, and unprofessional.
Bonus is okay but it needs to be a little more crypto-based I think.
It’s okay, but there are better sites out there.
€25 is too much for a withdrawal minimum if you ask me. I meet it most of the time without issue, but sometimes I just want to take out 10 or 15.
I’ll give it a look and see if I can be the Mr Luck, as I have had terrible luck with new casinos lately
