Kosmonaut Casino hasn’t attracted a great deal of user reviews, despite being nearly a couple of years old at the time of writing. Still, it’s not a particularly big casino and doesn’t seem to have had a lot of marketing behind it, so that’s to be expected.

The reviews that do exist are fairly positive and it’s easy to see why.

As far as the customer support is concerned, Kosmonaut Casino has an excellent Live Chat feature that is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The support team is friendly and professional and if you change the site’s language, you’ll be connected to someone who speaks your language. It’s a nice touch, and it shows you just how diverse the site is.

It should also be noted that the Live Chat feature is available for non-members as well as members, which is becoming increasingly rare in the online casino industry.

Kosmonaut Casino is a solid online casino. At the outset of this review, I noted that it had slipped through the cracks somewhat as it hadn’t appeared on my radar. I was half-expecting a terrible site that deserved to be ignored. What I actually got was a very impressive site from a consistently brilliant operator.

It’s not without its problems, including the low withdrawal limit and the country/bonus restrictions, but there’s no such thing as a perfect casino, at least not in my eyes.
