With a relatively unassuming aesthetic, a moderate collection of games, and a simple (but stylish) logo, SlotsHeaven looks like a pretty standard online casino. But once you dig underneath the surface, you’ll find one of the biggest online casino brands in the world right now, one that is backed by great content, top games, generous casino bonuses, and pretty much everything else you could ask for.

…one of the biggest online casino brands in the world right now…

And all of this for a casino that accepts Bitcoin and is available in the United Kingdom! Those things rarely mix, and SlotsHeaven is one of the first online casinos that ticks these boxes. In this SlotsHeaven review, we’ll look at what else this online casino has to offer and see how it compares to other online casinos that accept Bitcoin.

SlotsHeaven Casino Review

Basics

The vast majority of online Bitcoin casinos are licensed in Curacao. We have covered dozens of them in the past and depending on when you are reading this, that number might be in the hundreds! It seems that regulators in the United Kingdom, Sweden, and across most of Europe just don’t agree with cryptocurrencies, which is a huge shame.

SlotsHeaven is one of the few exceptions to this rule. It is licensed by the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority and the UK Gambling Commission, two of the biggest and strictest regulators in the world. This means that it can be accessed by players in the United Kingdom.

And the benefits don’t end there. The casino’s license is provided via The Mansion Group, one of the biggest and best-known online gambling brands in the world. Not only does The Mansion Group own someone of the biggest gambling domains in the world (including what is arguably the biggest) but it also runs Mansion Casino, Mansion Bet, and more.

If you have never played these casinos but the name rings a bell, it might be because Mansion has sponsored (or is currently sponsoring) English Premier League clubs like Tottenham, Newcastle, and Bournemouth, to name just a few. It could also be because Mansion Group’s adverts have appeared pretty much everywhere!

But for all the benefits of this online casino brand and SlotsHeaven in general, it’s not without its limitations.

Keep reading this SlotsHeaven review to understand just where its pitfalls are.

Games

Playtech is pretty much the only casino developer available at SlotsHeaven. The same isn’t true for the brand’s other casinos, as they work with many top developers and have a fairly eclectic mix, but SlotsHeaven seems to be more Playtech-focused.

Is that a bad thing? Not really. We have had our issues with Playtech in the past and for a time we didn’t believe they deserved the title of the “biggest iGaming developer”, not when Microgaming, Betsoft, and NetEnt had so much more to offer.

However, Playtech has improved its games over the last few years and we have changed our opinion as a result. In fact, during our SlotsHeaven review, we reacquainted ourselves with this developer and had a really good time.

A few years ago, Playtech lost its license with Marvel and was forced to change many of its most popular slots, all of which had a series of progressive jackpots attached. They swapped Marvel superheroes for Greek Gods. Many of these changes were for the better, in our opinion, but some don’t make sense. For instance, they changed a Fantastic Four slot into Furious 4, which combines a hodgepodge of Greek gods and titans, none of which are really connected.

One of the best things about this series is that Playtech hasn’t stopped creating titles for it, and as they have run out of ideas for Greek gods, they have since moved into Norse mythology. In addition, they have launched the Kingdoms Rise series, which also has a number of progressive jackpots attached.

The games in this series each have their own unique styles and features, but they are all interconnected via a world map and a features store, something that we have never seen in any other slot.

These creations prove that Playtech is still working hard to release top-notch slots, and that makes casinos like SlotsHeaven very exciting places to play.

If you enjoy a few Playtech titles but also want some Betsoft and Quickspin, we recommend taking a look at our Spin Samurai casino review. If you drop by our reviews page or our software pages, you can see countless other online casinos that explore top developers like these.

If you’re looking for a casino with an abundance of games, SlotsHeaven isn’t it. Playtech has a relatively large selection of top titles, and the best of them seem to be listed here, but with just one developer and a cherry-picked selection, the roster has fewer than 500 games.

The good news is that it has plenty of variety. In addition to all of the video slots and progressive jackpot slots, for instance, it uses the Euro Live Playtech platform, which showcases a selection of Live Dealer titles. These games include all of the usual classics, such as Roulette and Baccarat, but it also has lesser-seen games like Hi-Lo and Football Roulette.

Blackjack Switch is here as well. In our opinion, this is the best Blackjack variant. It lets you play two hands at once and you can switch the cards around, giving you an extra edge. As a result, Blackjack Switch has one of the lowest house edges of any online casino game.

For something a little more unusual, try 3-Card-Brag, Age of the Gods Roulette, and Free Chip Blackjack.

Bonuses

As much as we love SlotsHeaven, it doesn’t have much to offer in the way of a Welcome Bonus.

All new players are offered 200 Free Spins and up to €100, but this pales in comparison to many of the other online casinos we have reviewed, including the bonus-heavy Bitstarz, which sits at the top of our online casino rankings at the time of this review.

On the plus side, that’s a generous number of spins and the matched deposit bonus is more than enough to appease small stake players. As we often say, while bigger is always better, what’s the point of a €500 matched deposit offer if you only ever deposit €50?

Furthermore, the bonus wagering requirements are pretty generous. While many casinos require you to play through 50x or more, SlotsHeaven is limited to just 40x and this drops to 20x for the Free Spins.

It applies only to the bonus, which is key, and is something that many players overlook. For instance, some bonuses state that the wagering requirements are just 30x, before noting that this applies to the bonus and the deposit, effectively turning it into a 60x requirement.

Another thing worth noting is that SlotsHeaven has a very generous VIP scheme. And we don’t just mean that it throws a few Free Spins or a little Cashback your way every now and then. It is a Loyalty Scheme backed by one of the biggest casino brands in the world, which means you’ll get your fair share of VIP event tickets and other prestigious awards if you make it to the VIP levels.

In fact, while we often praise the King Billy VIP Program, we would go as far as to say that the SlotsHeaven scheme is just as good. It may not have an equally impressive theme and we prefer the gamification elements at King Billy, but when it comes down to pure awards and perks, you can’t do much better than SlotsHeaven.

Along with the Welcome Bonus and VIP Scheme, players can partake in regular Reload offers and other promotions. One of the benefits of joining such an established casino is that the big offers and promotions are never too far away. Pay attention to the Promotions page during big holidays and make sure you join the newsletter to be informed about the latest offers.

Payment Options

And now for a few of the issues that we have with SlotsHeaven.

Firstly, while SlotsHeaven accepts Bitcoin, this only applies as a deposit method and it is limited to just $500, or the equivalent in your currency. You can’t withdraw using Bitcoins and no other cryptocurrencies are accepted.

On the plus side, SlotsHeaven accepts payments in Skrill, Neteller, PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard. You can deposit using Bitcoin and then withdraw using one of these e-wallets, ensuring you get your winnings quickly and that everything is processed securely and without hassle.

Another issue is the withdrawal limit, which is fixed at $15,000 per month. However, if you make it to the top of the VIP Scheme, you can increase this to $30,000. Payments are a little slow, and it may take several days to receive your money, but as a member of the VIP Program, things should speed up a little.

As for verifications, these are processed quickly. More often than not, they are done instantly. The casino will conduct an automatic check based on your name and the address that you supply. You will only need to submit additional verification details if this automatic search doesn’t provide them with the information they need.

FAQs

Is SlotsHeaven a Big Brand?

SlotsHeaven is part of a massive empire. It's a Mansion Group brand after all, and few are bigger. The exception is for brands like Kindred Group, which covers casinos like 32Red.

What is the Bonus?

We have listed the latest bonus at the top of this review. If you follow the link, you will get the latest bonus.

What is the Withdrawal Limit?

The withdrawal limit is fixed at a disappointing €15,000 a month, but it's still higher than many other sites that we have covered.

Can I Use Bitcoin?

Yes, you can, but there are lots of limitations, as discussed in our review above.

Is it Legit?

You can't get much more legitimate than this! It's strictly regulated and backed by one of the biggest brands in the industry.

User Reviews

We scoured dozens of SlotsHeaven user reviews and highlighted the most common complaints. As you might expect, many of these complained about the slow speed of withdrawals. The fact that it takes a few days to get your money is not really acceptable in an age where most payments are processed instantly.

At GetSlots Online Casino, for instance, all payments are processed instantly. You make the deposit one minute and see it land in your account the next. Of course, it’s a different story if you use traditionally slow methods like credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers, but for everything else, it’s nearly instant.

With SlotsHeaven, you will need to wait a few days to get your winnings through e-wallets and up to a week to get them through debit cards or bank transfers.

Some users also complained about the withdrawal limit, which we highlighted above. However, when you consider that this limit is more than enough for most small stake players and is much higher than what other casinos have, we’re happy to let it slide.

Last but not least, we’ve seen varying reports regarding SlotsHeaven’s customer support. But this is normal for such an established and long-running online casino. You will always encounter people who have a bad experience, even with the best customer support in the world.

Sometimes there is a forced delay that makes them angry, as has been the case on countless sites throughout 2020. Other times, players get unreasonably angry over the smallest things. For instance, we’ve seen reviews complaining about losing streaks and customer support teams that didn’t remedy those losing streaks. We’re also seen reports of customers who insisted they shouldn’t need to verify because their details were accepted on another casino.

You can’t please everyone, and you shouldn’t try, nor should you be overly concerned just because a site has a few bad reviews.

It’s worth noting that, in our experience, SlotsHeaven customer support has been great. We have found them to be nothing but helpful and they have also been very quick in responding to our messages.

Final Word

We really enjoyed our time reviewing SlotsHeaven and will return to the casino in the future. We’re a little disappointed that it doesn’t accept withdrawals through Bitcoin and that BTC deposits are limited to just $500, but we’re delighted to have found a UK-licensed site that accepts Bitcoin, and so we’re happy to overlook this.

If you’re in the United Kingdom or want to play at a site that is licensed here, join up today. It’s part of one of the biggest gambling brands in the world, has a great Loyalty Scheme, a solid Welcome Bonus, and a good selection of games. It’s one of the best places to play the Age of the Gods and Kingdoms Rise series, and looks great on mobile and desktop.

Take a look at the links at the top of this page. They will direct you to the best SlotsHeaven Welcome Bonus offered right now, and ensure you get the most bang for your buck.

Great site, I just wish it offered Bitcoin for UK players as well. I get that it’s there for deposits, but it’s limited and that’s frustrating. When will the rules change and when can players in the UK start using crypto? I’m getting impatient over here!

I had a lot of fun here. I have played at some of the other operator’s sites as well and have always enjoyed myself.

Easily one of the best casino operators out there.

I have spent a lot of time at Mansion’s other casinos and really like it here. I wouldn’t say it was the best one they have done, but it’s still worth checking out. The style of the site is very basic but it’s also colorful and works really well.

Seems that this one is shutting down in the UK. I got a notice from them recently. I think it will remain open elsewhere but that’s another casino that we UK players can’t join anymore.
