In this StayCasino review, I’ll take a deep dive into the casino’s games, bonuses, payment options and other features to see if it’s worth your time.

There are a lot of great online casinos out there right now—does StayCasino deserve to be included on that list? Let’s find out.

The Basics

StayCasino launched in 2021, a year that proved to be great for the online gambling industry but disastrous for the world at large. That fact is actually mentioned in the StayCasino About Us page, and that brings me to the first point: the content.

As you can probably tell, I’m coming from a place of experience.

Unfortunately, that doesn’t apply for all of the site, and there is some very awkward wording used on some promotional materials that make them hard to understand.

Away from the copywriting, StayCasino also uses a very clean layout and a smartly-designed colour scheme. The black and orange color scheme has been used on many other casinos and that’s because it actually works.

Many of the links and icons are in white but most of the text itself is an off-grey, so it doesn’t leave you with a migraine after half an hour of searching. Although the exact colours are different, StayCasino reminds me a lot of Bitstarz in the sense that it’s bold and unique while also being clean and easy to navigate.

All of these bold colors are balanced with some colourful mascots and other bold imagery. It’s very well designed and reminds me of top casinos like Cadabrus Casino.

There is also a fixed sidebar, and as you may know if you have read my other reviews, I’m a huge fan of those. Many modern casinos include pop-out sidebars akin to what you’ll find on mobile sites, but it makes desktop sites look bigger than they should and also makes it harder to navigate. StayCasino doesn’t make the same mistake.

Software and Games

StayCasino has a collection of great games from a host of top developers. The most notable names on the casino’s gaming roster include Betsoft, Pragmatic Play, Spinomenal, Thunderkick, Habanero, and Playson, as well as Evolution Gaming. This latter developer is where the casino’s Live Dealer games come from, and as you would expect for an Evolution Gaming casino site, there is no shortage of games to go around.

As with everything else on StayCasino, there games are neatly presented and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for.

In addition, StayCasino offers its loyal members a weekend reload bonus of up to €200, a Birthday Bonus that matches their deposit and gives them 20 Free Spins, and an Unlimited Free Spin Tuesday, where they can collect stacks of spins every Tuesday.

If none of these bonuses appeal to you, there is also a High Roller Bonus that is capped at a much higher €1,600. It’s always good to see these offers, but it’s worth noting that StayCasino has a fairly restrictive withdrawal limit that might deter high rollers. If you typically deposit upwards of €2,000 at a time, you should check this withdrawal limit in advance, as you could find yourself facing serious restrictions.

StayCasino also has real money slot tournaments and a VIP program, and that’s not all. Many of the site’s bonuses are non-sticky, which means that your real money will be used before the bonus funds.

Payment Options

StayCasino accepts a multitude of payment options. Players from Canada are able to use the popular Interac payment option and bank transfers are also available for withdrawals.

CoinsPaid is available for both deposits and withdrawals and it is subject to the same limits as other parts of the site. These limits insist on a minimum deposit and withdrawal of €20 and a maximum of €5,000 a week and €10,000 a month.

It’s one of the smaller withdrawal limits that you will see and is comparable to Cadoola Casino and other Araxio casinos.

As noted many times before, it’s a limit that will be inconsequential to the average player, but if you’re a medium stake player or a high roller, it will be a huge issue.

If you’re betting €5 or more per spin, the average fixed price slot jackpot will give you €50,000, and based on that withdrawal limit, you’ll need to wait 5 months to get all of that money.

Of course, that’s just one scenario, and it’s one that most players will not experience, but it gives you an idea of how problematic these limits can be for high stake players.

Another issue with StayCasino is the withdrawal speed. The casino has a pending time of up to 3 days. It’s not uncommon to see such a slow pending time on modern casinos, but it’s always a frustrating sight.

There’s just no excuse, and it stops this site from being as good as it can be.

User Reviews

The reviews for StayCasino are mixed and there are quite a few really bad ones out there. It might be concerning to see these reviews, but I’ve checked them, I’ve compared them to my experience, and I’ve seen how the casino responds. Personally, I don’t think it’s anything to worry about.

For instance, there is a negative review on a popular casino review site that highlights the casino’s use of non-sticky bonuses.

It complains about these bonuses as if they are a bad thing, but as most players would agree, they are a good thing. As noted in the promotions section of this review, non-sticky bonuses mean you’re not tied to a bonus and still have a relative degree of freedom.

If you win a lot of money using your real money balance, you can choose not to use the bonus and then immediately withdraw your cash.

That’s just not possible with the average online casino, including sites that sit at the very top of our list.

The second positive is the fact that the StayCasino team takes the time to respond to negative reviews, and those responses aren’t patronising or overly succinct. They don’t simply apologise for the player’s experience and then move on, nor do they recite Terms and Conditions and then leave it at that.

The customer support team takes the time to respond and to deal with the player’s issue, and they do so in a way that is professional, understanding, and very coherent.

In my previous reviews, I have ranted about how many casinos ignore their customers or respond with pathetic comments that make them look childish and unprofessional. StayCasino doesn’t make any of those mistakes and is a prime example of what online casinos should do in this situation.

It’s not just the negative reviews, either. They also respond to positive ones and discuss any minor issues that players highlight. This proves that their goal is not just to have those negative reviews removed. They actually want to help their players and deal with their complaints and concerns.
